For example, if you are a distributor of a certain line of sports equipment, the manufacturer or distributor of that equipment may offer its sellers the opportunity to be listed on the manufacturer’s web site or to provide a link or an ad in exchange for a fee. 

Online advertising is all the rage today and even the largest retailers and companies have jumped in with both feet. As you travel through the online community, look for competitors or other similar product types and notice where they advertise and how they present their internet advertising to get the best results.
